Elba Bianco is a DOC wine produced on the island of Elba by Chiesina di Lacona, continuing the long winemaking tradition of the Tuscan archipelago: the sea shapes an ideal microclimate for viticulture with mild temperatures in winter, scarcity of summer rains, providential benefit of the winds, while the clayey, sandy soils are perfect for the expressiveness of the local varieties.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. Intense, enveloping nose of white flowers, lily of the valley, pastry and lime zest. On the palate it is juicy, very savory and pleasantly smooth. Sweet savory finish, with hints of almond and pleasant tannic persistence.

The grapes, selected on the plant, are de-stemmed and pumped into the press where they macerate for a short time; following soft pressing, the must is cold decanted in steel tanks, then fermented at a controlled temperature between 16 and 20 ° C. Malolactic fermentation not carried out.
The wine is aged until bottling in steel on its fine lees.
