Vallillo’s excellent EVO oil is obtained exclusively from fine varieties of olives including Provencal and Peranzana, selected and processed according to the classic cold-pressing method.
The fruits are processed in our own oil mill in state-of-the-art continuous cycle plants, from which an oil with very low acidity and extraordinary organoleptic characteristics is derived.
It is therefore a 100% Italian product, obtained exclusively from olives from the Foggia area.
