Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy

These shipping and return policy constitute an electronic agreement between you (hereinafter the “User”) and AI Mall LTD (hereinafter the “AI Mall”, “AIM”) that applies to the Shipping and Return Policy, any and all services, products and content provided by AIM.

These Shipping and Return Policy along with Terms of Use contain important provisions, which the User must consider when choosing whether to visit the Site and use the services, products and content of AIM.

The User is responsible for understanding and complying with any and all laws, rules, compliance regulations and other regulations of his/her specific jurisdiction that may be applicable to the User in connection with the use of any and all services, products and content of AIM.


IF THE USER DOES NOT ACCEPT SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY AND/NOR TERMS OF USE, THE USER SHALL NOT ACCESS THIS SITE AND SHALL NOT USE ANY OF AIM’S SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND CONTENT.

BY VISITING AND USING AIM WEBSITES, USER AGREES TO HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THIS POLICY OF SHIPPING, REFUND AND CANCELLATION.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Capitalized terms used in these Terms of Use shall be interpreted in accordance with the definitions provided below:

1.1.1. Buyer: means the User who buys items advertised on the AIM platform by the Seller and Online Shop.

1.1.2. Items: means Goods and products advertised and sold by the Seller and Online Shop to the Buyer on the AIM platform.

1.1.3. Order: means the User’s instruction to buy Items on certain conditions.

1.1.4. Platform: means AIM (Artificial Intelligence Mall)

1.1.5. Seller: means individual users of AIM platform to sale items, either small business users of AIM to conduct online trade, promoting and selling own products

1.1.6. Online Shop: means business users of AIM platform opening online shops on the Platform.

1.1.7. Service(s): means all and any service provided by AIM in order to advertise and sell, either buy them on behalf of buyers. The service also provides artificial intelligence and machine learning application to predict buyers need in e-commerce and perform digital marketing automation.

1.1.8. Site: means AIM website at https://aim.store/

1.1.9. Escrow: a financial arrangement – using the “Stripe” (https://stripe.com/connect) payment platform to hold and regulate the payment of the funds required in a given transaction between Buyer and Seller.

1.1.10. Transaction: means any agreement, or communication, carried out between a buyer and a seller to exchange an item for payment.

1.1.11. Tracking Number: means tracking number under applicable terms and conditions of the logistics/transport company chosen by the Seller.

1.1.12. User(s): means an individual seller or buyer, either a business that uses AIM platform and services and agrees to follow the Terms of Use.

1.1.13. Market: means the AIM interface to sell and buy goods. https://aim.store/

1.2. Where the context so admits words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

2. SHIPPING

Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the AIM platform. Each order is guaranteed to be handled with care and diligence.

When placing their order, users need to verify and confirm the correct address information before checking out. If shipping will be not successfully executed due to incorrect addresses information provided by the user, the shipping cost will be charged to the user.

AIM customer service provides users with tracking numbers when their items have been delivered.

AIM is advising users who are selling goods on the Market to send goods under fully paid contracts as soon as possible, although the user may put his specific dates of delivery at his own discretion.

AIM does not bear any responsibility on the shipping of goods nor goods sold by users, while AIM has the support ticket system and support email (support@aim.com) where every user may send an enquiry on any questions and AIM customer service.

Every User should be aware of the possibility of additional surcharges levied by Customs and Tax authorities of some countries. The User should make his/her own research on possible customs fees and taxes on the purchases made on the Market.

3. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

It is absolutely important to AIM that buyers are completely satisfied with their purchase. For this reason, AIM improves the prediction of Buyer’s needs matching their needs and lifestyles with its artificial intelligence functionality.

However, AIM understands that customers could be unsatisfied for the following reasons:

  1. delivery delay
  2. bad quality of the item
  3. they don’t like the item

For this reason, all items are eligible for free return. AIM provides a 360 money-back guarantee service for return and cancellation and full claim within 30 days of the delivery date.

The buyer can choose whether:

  • to exchange the item (purchase code). Customers will be refunded if the item exchanged costs less than the original purchase.
  • to be refunded with money back on his/her card.

For item value up to € 100,00, item return is not required.

For item value greater than € 100,00, the user needs to provide:

  • pictures of defective/wrong item
  • problem description for other cases
  • the original item for return if its value exceeds € 1.000,00.

This process can be executed by sending a request form to support@aim.com.

If the value of the item exceeds € 1.000,00 the return authorization number should be provided by the AIM customer services. Once the item is received, the refund will be processed if requirements for eligible return have been confirmed.

The refund will be executed withIn 2-4 business days after refund request acceptance.

All eligible return must meet the following requirements:

  • Shipped and sold by AIM platform.
  • Not identical to an item being returned or already exchanged
  • New and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund.
  • All certificates of authenticity must be returned with the product.
  • Any product that has been damaged or altered after the delivery will not be accepted for return.

If the customer believes that the package was damaged in shipping, the customer service department of AIM should be contacted within 5 days of delivery and the issue will be resolved without any fees being charged.
